For this reason: We do not accept returns, and We do not offer refunds on any custom orders. Once a design has been approved and production begins, the sale is considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged or with an error that was our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
