Orders are non-refundable.
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
We will replace full color print badges with the identical badge for the lifetime of the original buyer if the badge is damaged. We do not warranty damage caused by improper use or installation.
Artwork
All designs created by and/or for The Louver Labs, LLC or its affiliates is said property of The Louver Labs, LLC. We reserve the right to reproduce that design. Any artwork brought to The Louver Labs, LLC by a customer from an outside design source that is not available for free public use is property of the client. The customer then can reserve the right to not allow the design to be reproduced if requested.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped out within the quoted time frame and the customer will receive tracking information via email once the order is completed.
Design Approvals
Customers will receive a proof of their custom work for approval prior to production. The Louver Labs, LLC is not liable for any errors in the final product if the customer approved the artwork. It is the customer responsibility to check the artwork proof before approving the design.
Orders placed without prior approval will be canceled.
